The Salisbury Audi Service Tracker allows you to track the progress of your vehicle's service throughout the day.
Nothing is more frustrating than not knowing what stage your vehicle is during its visit to our workshops so we have designed this system so you can simply enter your registration at any time to see exactly where your vehicle is.
Whether it is awaiting preparation, with the technician or being valeted we will keep you informed every step of the way with a few simple clicks of a button.
This is when we will create all the necessary paperwork including the repair order, service check list and job card in preparation for your visit. This will consist of checking our brand partner computer database for any outstanding field/workshop campaigns and whether there are any current technical solutions for any reported issues. We will also check your vehicles repair history and review any faults that were found during any previous workshop visit, and not repaired. We’ll transfer all information about your visit to our parts department to check that all spare parts required for your visit are either in stock or on order and reserved for your visit.
This is when we will forward a copy of the work schedule to all departments involved in the preparation of your visit to ensure we are fully prepared for your visit We will send you a SMS Text Message reminder of your appointment date and time. Where a courtesy car has been organised we will prepare your rental agreement and courtesy car.
