The eagerly awaited new Audi Q3 is now open for ordering ahead of it’s official launch towards the end of this year. It’s a five-door compact SUV, with all the features you’d expect of such a vehicle, like a high seating position, large ground clearance and the availability of quattro® all-wheel-drive. But there are other elements of the design, like the curved roofline, aerodynamic shape and use of glass, that make you realise it’s not a typical SUV.
The Audi Q3 combines unique styling with an exceptional level of comfort and practicality. Inside, you’ll find
many of the latest Audi innovations, such as MMI control logic with 6.5” retractable display screen, which can
be used to control a wide range of features such as the standard Concert radio, Audi Music Interface or
Bluetooth interface. The optional Audi drive select lets you change handling and response at the touch of a
button to suit your particular driving style. Start-Stop and Recuperation come fitted as standard which,
combined with a range of efficient engines, also help the Audi Q3 achieve low CO2 emissions and excellent
fuel consumption*.

Four engines are available, all of which are now available to order in both SE and S line trim:
- 2.0TFSI quattro 170PS 6-speed manual
- 2.0TFSI quattro 211PS 7-speed S tronic
- 2.0TDI 140PS 6-speed manual
- 2.0TDI quattro 177PS 7-speed S tronic

SE equipment
All Audi Q3 models come with the following items of standard specification:

- Start-Stop system with energy recuperation
- Efficiency program in the Driver’s Information System (DIS). Provides the Driver with fuel saving tips and a gear change indicator on manual models

- 17” x 7J ‘10-spoke’ design alloy wheels with 235/55 R17 tyres
- Electromechanical parking brake – which includes parking brake function when the car is stationary, auto release function to assist when pulling away and emergency braking function on all 4 wheels when on the move

- Dual-zone electronic climate control – temperatures can be selected separately by driver and front passenger and the system will electronically control the air temperature, volume and distribution.
Includes separate defroster button for de-icing the windscreen and side windows more quickly, air vents for the rear compartment in the rear centre console and a ventilated glove box
- 4-spoke leather trimmed multi function steering wheel (gear change paddles available as a cost option on S tronic models)
- Steering wheel adjustable for height and reach
- Front centre armrest which can be moved forwards/backwards and is adjustable in angle. Also includes fold-up storage compartment and a 12-volt socket in the rear centre console

- Driver Information System (DIS) – 3.5-inch monochrome display in the dash board binnacle. The DIS shows the radio frequency/station or track title, telephone control menu and other display information from the infotainment system
such as navigation (if fitted). Also includes an On-board trip computer with short and long-term trip memory, outside temperature display, digital speedometer, door or boot open warning and speedometer,
door or boot open warning and efficiency program
- Light and rain sensor – automatically switches the dipped beam headlights and windscreen wipers on/off depending on the light and rain conditions.
Also includes coming home/leaving home function which delays the deactivation of the front and rear lights after locking and automatic activation of the lights when unlocking
- Rear parking sensors – which facilitate parking by acoustically indicating the distance to obstacles; measurement is by ultrasonic sensors integrated discreetly into the bumper

Not all driving situations are the same.
Audi drive select changes handling and response of the Q3 at the touch of a button to suit how you want to drive. There are four modes: Comfort, Dynamic, Auto and Efficiency – all of which influence the characteristics of a large number of vehicle systems via a push button on the centre console or via the MMI.
Efficiency mode: for consumption-optimised operation of the vehicle to maximise fuel efficiency.
Comfort mode: for relaxed driving on long journeys or poor roads.
Auto mode: for well balanced, comfortable but agile driving.
Dynamic mode: for spirited and highly responsive driving.
